Roulette Winning Strategy
If Roulette was a perfect random number generator, it would be mathematically impossible to beat it. Many Roulette systems are very close, but they all do have one or more major flaws that prevent it from a long run profit.
Roulette Winning Strategy
Roulette is a very efficient random number generator and if we had no way of approximating where the Roulette ball will land, it would be impossible to beat it. However, there are flaws as the spinning of the Roulette ball is never truly random.
What is required for us to find the Roulette winning strategy is to exploit certain regularities of every spin. The more random the spin the less we can actually predict the outcome. However, if the spin is not that random, we can predict the approximate place of landing of the Roulette ball and even that gives us the edge over the casinos. Even that small portion of spins that we can actually predict will make us winning players.
The most efficient and reasonable Roulette winning system is clocking the Roulette wheel. If every spin starts with the same speed, we can determine where the ball will land, if we observe the game long enough.

How Clocking the Roulette Wheel Works
Say we observe the Roulette table and every spin starts with the same speed of the ball. We know that the ball will land after 20.5 spins around the wheel. This number depends on the type of Roulette and the dealer, so you really need to figure it out with your own observation skills and it will take some time.
If we know the starting point of the Roulette ball and we know that it will land after exactly 20.5 spins (this is why the spins mustn't be random - we really need it to be as precise and regular as possible), we can approximate the landing of the ball will be at the exact opposite of where the spin started. The most important aspect f the numbers of spins isn't really the '20', but the '.5'. This tells us that there will be a half-of-a-spin difference between the starting point and the landing. If it were 20.25, there would only be a quarter-of-a-spin difference.

We Predicted the Landing Point, What Now?
What needs to happen now is we be on the numbers around our predicted landing. This requires us to memorize the Table of Roulette Numbers. Sometimes the ball will miss completely, and that is fine. We don't need to hit every time. Say we approximate the landing point and bet £1 on 9 numbers surrounding it. This means we bet £9 total. If we hit any of our 9 predicted numbers, we win £36! We can actually only hit 1 in four cases to break even.
The more precise our prediction, the more often we hit and win. This system can and will beat the Roulette if the spin is not random enough (the dealers really have to be skilled to spin the ball in the same manner every single time) and we observe the game long enough.
Which Roulette Systems Don't Work
The abovementioned system has but one flaw - it is not applicable on online Roulette. The online Roulette is a computer program with a completely different random number generator and it is safe to say that the spins are so random that any system won't beat it.
Other systems that just don't work are those that attempt to beat Roulette mathematically. These systems are The Fibonacci Roulette System and The Martingale Roulette System. These utilize the progressive betting and sort of shift the probabilities for winning and losing sessions. In "standard" play, we have a very high chance of losing and a very slim chance of winning big.
These systems sort of shift the probabilities for winning and losing sessions. When using these systems, players have a huge chance of winning very little and a very slim chance of losing it all. In the long run, they are simply not profitable, but they still have some utility.
They are great for clearing bonuses at online casinos. It doesn't matter that the game is online now, because we use maths, not physics to "beat" the Roulette. We can spin for a very long time without our bankrolls actually going bankrupt with, so we can simply fulfill the wagering requirements and withdraw the money. If we happen to lose it all, it doesn't matter all that much, because it was just bonus money.
