In Filipino Manila, the casino was robbed during the night from June 1 to June 2. At least 36 people lost their lives and more than 50 were injured. The whole tragic incident is still being investigated. According to available information a mentally disturbed shooter, whose name or nationality was not mentioned, entered into a complex consisting of a hotel, shopping and entertainment center, where he started to shoot in the air, TV screens and other equipment. He did not direct the attack on people, but he also started pouring flammable substances set card and roulette tables on fire, which huge smoke and many dead as a result of suffocation. It was more of an assault and a robbery was inferred from the fact that the attacker was stealing gaming chips worth 2 million pounds in his backpack.
Eventually, he himself had committed suicide in one of the hotel rooms, where he lied on the bed, covered himself up, poured gas and lit it. After the assailant's raid, dozens of dead have been left both from the ranks of the employees and the casino visitors.
